IFAD, The International Fund for Agricultural Development, wanted to highlight the new collaboration in Monitoring and Evaluation with the Centers for Learning on Evaluation and Results. Together, they created the first of its kind global training program for rural development. We were tasked to create an animation to showcase this partnership.
